The one thing that seems to be left out of "religion" is that God is not a heartless dictator. When you become a follower of God you love him and you're not forced to obey his rules you delight in obeying his rules because there is a personal relationship. And the same is true in many other religion...

Sexual immorality = homosexuality Homosexuality is sexually immoral according to the Bible. Leviticus 18:22 "Do not lie with a man as one lies with a woman; that is detestable." Will not inherit the kingdom of God = Hell If you're not an heir in the kingdom of God you're not going to heaven, if you'...

God did say something about homosexuals going to hell. (This is taken directly from Galatians) "The acts of the sinful nature are obvious: sexual immorality, impurity and debauchery; idolatry and witchcraft; hatred, discord, jealousy, fits of rage, selfish ambition, dissensions, factions and envy; d...

Yeah, that's cool, I appreciate that you've been with emo since the beginning, but Autumn and Ashes really got to me, I mean that's got to be the emoest name I've ever heard. But I'll admit, I was just trying to be a jerk, sorry. Proud to say I've never worn or had a desire to wear girl pants, plus ...

The manager wants to have it during buisiness hours on a weekday night, so I guess that's when it'll happen. It will be based on PA, there will be no discussion on that. I'd rather do single elimination because it sounds easier to me. I'll do freestyle if enough people are interested, and other than...

Tournament

I have no idea where to put this thread so... feel free to move it. Uhh, the manager at Lazer-X wants me to try and get a tournament together and I wanted to see if there was any interest. If there is I should probably get started. We only have a 5th mix right now, but it's in good shape. I'd like t...

All of the people that play at Lazer-X even though I'm pretty sure that none of them post here, except for mmr (thanks by the way) There are some people that play there that look and act completely insane all the time, and it just brings joy to my day.

I put Converge on the list of bands that I liked if you read it. I'm really into early 90's hardcore like Rites of Spring and Minor Threat which later became Fugazi, which is apparently the true emo. So do you hate what you define as true emo or what you define as fag emo? Personally I like both and...

If you want an artist that sounds like Beck try listening to Sufjan Stevens first record Sun Came, it's not exactly the same but it reminds me of Mellow Gold in parts. Or if you want something that sounds like Beck's One Foot in the Grave, or Sea Change, there's a million alt-country-folk bands out ...

I'm confused by someone who claims to like Hot Water Music and From Autumn to Ashes and yet hates emo.

My avatar is Beck, some people have told me I kinda look like him, and I wish they were right, but he's one of my favorite artists of all time.

The main thing I don't like is there's VERY few songs, and most of the ones I heard I really didn't like. I don't like most of the music on DDR either, but this is much worse. But I'll agree that it basically just feels like an upgrade, so I'm sure I'll like it eventually.
