You know your ghetto when your max budget for the week is 5$. And in order to meet that 5$ budget you eat 3 bowls of oatmeal every day..one in the mornin, one around lunch time and one in the evenin...and if your lucky you'll have a lil 2 dolla to do whatever you please...maybe save up for that blin...
