A word of warning to anyone thinking of using StubHub's service. I recently sold two tickets to a concert. I received an stating to have shipped tickets on a certain date. I did as stated, and found the same tickets sent back to my home with a nice $50 charge. Despite being shipped overnight priority, StubHub insisted that they would not have arrived in time. After 30+ minutes of customer support, they agreed their email was misleading and refunded the $50, but will not honor the original sale. So here I am with my two worthless tickets returned, no money from the sale, and a lot of time wasted. I expected more from a marketplace owned by eBay. If I'm required to plan out all the logistics myself, why would I ever use someone else's services?
I warn you, my friends, do not use this service. You'll be glad you didn't.
tl;dr - Do not use StubHub for buying or selling tickets unless you're willing to accept a significant risk.

I'm considering using StubHub to sell concert tickets I do not plan on using. Do you recommend them?

So frustrating. I sold the tickets for $44 but ended up with goose egg. SnubHub is more like it.
