Miracle Wisp sounds like a little kid chasing a fairy into woods not knowing they're about to stumble upon a magic garden.

Man this reminds of the Fruity Loops shit I made and posted.

I found my old posts but all the links I posted are 404s now :(

People on Facebook commending Prometheus as a good movie.

Such plebs, am I right Potter?

Why is anyone talking about Prometheus at all?

Friend posted a screencap of the waterfall scene at the beginning. Then about 5 other people replied "OH YOU GOTTA SEE THAT MOVIE IT'S GREAT."

I'm all for personal taste but I don't see Prometheus as an enjoyable movie.

Yeah, it was only ok at best...which is why I was wondering why anyone was talking about it a year later.

That said, it was better than the train wreck of a movie, Elysium, I saw last night.

Although, unlike Log (tm), better than bad may not be good.

*shrug* I kinda liked Elysium. I don't think it got as muddled in its storyline as all the reviews seemed to suggest.

I liked where Elysium started and where it finished, but I felt the path from point A to point B to be contrived, pedestrian, and disappointing. It was a cool idea...I just thought/hoped they would do a lot more with it. In particular, the characters were written like ones in stories I used to write in school--they exist only to push the plot forward and possess no life or soul beyond that. You'll note that I did not end up becoming an author.

I thoroughly enjoyed watching prometheus but only because it was at an imax venue that was doing some amazeballs 3d projection with brand new, calibrated projectors. It was also one of the first films I've seen that did 3d pretty much spot on: conservative depth, and used the addition of a spatial dimension to give space to the characters interactions and to bring you into the plot a lil more, however the plot was horrible, gg ridley
