I really love CS:GO's 64 tick servers.
I'm pretty sure it's not possible to endure a Christmas without unwrapping new socks. hahaSoDeepPolaris wrote: -Socks
Either that, or the sweater you get from family members from distant states that always seem to be either way to big or way too small.
Can get ahold of me @spookyxcraig

I've been in heavy discussion with Riot about this and I know he'll be using it to its full potential...

,or not. dual core doesn't make it double the speed, i thought people would understand this by now. when you run one program, aka a game, it doesn't run any faster than its single core counterpart. all it does is provide 2 cores so programs can run on separate cores therefore only noticing speed increases when running more than one big program. learn how dual core works. and i never mentioned intel. im running a 2.4 ghz amd and theres lots of times i could use a faster peice of kit. not that you would be doing anything like that, just your cs and stuff.

You fail to account for these things called "threads". Many, many games are multithreaded nowadays. If the game has two threads each sharing roughly 1/2 of the computational load for the game, then a dual core proc / dual CPU system (you know, like people built before they crammed them all on a single chip) will exhibit a nearly 2x performance gain. Of course, that's only thinking of gaming uses, and there are those of us who use their PCs for more than gaming. There have definatley been times when I've had upwards of 8 to 10 distinct processes all wanting as much CPU time as they can get.
Also, AMD and Intel clockspeed vs. performance is much more comparable now that Intel has moved back to a more sane architecture (core series). It's still not a 1:1 comparison, of course, but much closer than comparing K8 to Netburst like you used to have to do.

A normality test:

If you are no longer connected to the internet, you need to apply more wax to your modem: it'll make it go faster.
If you find this funny, you're a nerd.
If neither of the above apply, you are normal. Congratulations.
