Whenever I get completely discouraged at how hard being a parent is, something like this happens. (That's my son Ian and one of his neighborhood friends...)

Universal dropped NIN!

The funny thing is, I think this is what both Trent and his fans have been wanting for a long time.

In somewhat related news Radiohead's new album, In Rainbows, is being offered for download from their website starting today, with a price that YOU determine. (Supposedly, but I can't get in over at inrainbows.com right now; probably swamped with people...)

But I thought Chris Brown was today's Ben Kingsley with dance moves!

Sometimes I wonder about the mating habits of care-bears.
The same blue sky in a strange new world...

So, awhile back when my laptop wasn't charging, it was just a matter of a connection needing to be re-soldered. Well, they sent it in and got it fixed.

Anyway, my laptop stopped charging again today. Except, this time, it's not because of a broken connection. It started sizzling and smelling really bad. It still runs off the battery, but the PSU is fried. Hopefully they'll just give me a new computer this time.

Fun fact: only 3 posts at IndyDDR.com contain the word "boop."

Yes. The laptop looks perfectly fine, and even runs, as the battery was unaffected. However, the corner where the power connection is smells something like extremely strong nail polish remover. :?
