I topped $100 a few years back, though not by much. I think it was ~$106. It was a deposit from a utility service at my college apartment. Apparently, despite my explicitly telling them otherwise, they had attempted to send the deposit refund to the service address (which was never even the mailing address on the account, anyway). But hey, "free" money!

I forget the exact amount of mine. I think it might have been more than $106, but I'll defer to your actual memory over my vague recollection.
