i won't eat yeast cuz it's living. k bye
ha. but seriously. it's not just about avoiding eating certain foods, but also about picking the best foods possible. and yes, beets + sunflower seeds > flower, yeast, water

http://www.cracked.com/article_15982_5- ... today.html
The disturbing thing about this article is that people look at things like "natural flavor" and think, oh, there can't be anything wrong with that!
Except that it can be ground up beetles...
"The problem is, natural flavor can, literally, be anything that isn't man made. Cat urine could be a natural flavor. If someone discovered that goat jizz added a special zing to ice cream and they could prove that eating it wouldn't make you sick ... natural flavor"

One minute you're a naturalist talking about beet pizza, but now beetles are gross?

it was a 8/10 attempt at your extremely flawed and poorly thought out logic

care to clarify that or are you just going to troll like you usually do?
Edit: Ah, perhaps I see the confusion here. Fluffy for some reason thinks that as a naturalist I should be happy to eat "natural" things such as beetles.
Of course, I am not a naturalist, and I don't eat animals. Or beetles.
And my main problem with the article I posted above was that companies are allowed to be vague about ingredients and simply say "natural flavors" instead of "ground up beetles" or "goat jizz"

I would not eat them with a fox
I would not eat them in the rain
I would not eat them on a train
I do not like ground beetles and goat jizz,
I do not like them Sam I Am
