Anybody else use it? Let's share user IDs and be pretentious about music *together*.

Re: Spotify
Does it even have J-Core?
Why stream shit when you can get an artist's discography, put it on your MP3 player, and then listen to it while you drive? That's what I do.

Good question:Merk wrote:Does it even have J-Core?

J-core is minimal, but it does have an M-Project album. (Digital Archives Part 1)
So why not do a discog mp3 combo? Do both. Sportify has a really sleek interface. You can select an Artist, Song, or Album and have it play immediately.
Example: Let's take a group you like, They Might Be Giants (I'm sure you have their stuff already, but I don't so it makes for a good example.) I just did a search for them, it pulled up their albums, and I picked a random song (Oranges from They Got Lost) and was listening in a total of less than 3 seconds. The songs load instantly.
This is also free with some ad support, much like Pandora, and completely legal.
I use it as a discovery tool more than anything else. Today I'm listening to DJ Fresh's album Kryptonite. You can also share playlists with people so they can listen to your music instantly too. I can demo it for you sometime if you'd like.

Re: Spotify
I am on Spotify, just friend me on Facebook if you want to share music and shit. I'm rarely on my home computer these days though so it might take me a while to hear the beats you send me.

Chad I did listen to the new shit you sent me, it was pretty chill.
