Haha I had to try so hard to not be horrible. ...And take half an hour breaks between rounds :P.
But hey, it worked.

Did pretty decent today:

Image
AAA #21 - Make It Better (first try, had 12 ON IT WTF)

Image
AAA #22 - B4U(first try, down from 5)

Dead End - 6

Also did decent on ITG and improved a few older scores. Still got OWNED when I tried Bloodrush though. Damned slowdown...

Let's see here...haven't had a brag in over 2 months, which isn't really surprising, considering I've barely played at all in the last 2 months...but, now what with my school having machines and me playing biweekly, I do have a few updates.

Image
AAA #23 - Mobo*Moga (first try, on a machine with so-so pads and HELLA glare)

And I've been playing some ITG too. I'm getting REALLY REALLY close to passing Bloodrush. I always fail near the end of the slowdown, I get a pretty nice FEC up til the slowdown, and I do well on everything after the slowdown. So I can almost get it. I've also played Summer a few times, and really all I need is to get my stamina up. I can consistently FC the first stream, but fail out in the ending streams.

I guess here are a few brags, nothing major:

Sweet Sweet <3 Magic - 9
LoM - 40/1 (had a run where I had PC until 200 combo, and then failed because of glare)
(ITG) High - 8ex

And I got past the slowdown in Bloodrush! But it was my first round playing, and I was wearing jeans and a hoodie, so the non-warmed-upedness combined with the lack of mobility caused me to fail in the step jumps. But I can definitely do it!

Bloodrush is a hard one to pass. It took me maaaanymanymanymany tries before I got it. Even after you pass it and your muscles adjust to the step chart it's still stupid hard to pass. :o

I still think that the Jump-Step part after the slowdown is the hardest part

Playing in girl jeans for most of high school is probably the only reason why Jeff and I weren't good enough to place at nationals.
