So I am getting 2 different impressions from the article, one from the article title, one from the picture....

are the rides shut down?

or is the place in general shut down?

I'm p. sure that just the rides are closed, this happened over the weekend.

Just saw this on the news. They are closed outright until further notice. They were apparently operating without the required permit to run the facility as a whole. The kid critically injured last week was riding a ride that was unmaintained and overdue for inspection. Apparently they could face fines over $100/day operating without the required permits, which adds up pretty fast. Not to mention that I'm sure the family of that kid is going to sue the hell out of them.
