I've given up on Infinity Blade. I always guess wrong on when to dodge, and I can't seem to reliably parry attacks. It a sort of complex combat system that I can't seem to figure out. Maybe someone will post a Tatsujin.

Apparently one of the songs in Pac-Man is by Towa Tei.

I'd like to hear it, but I refuse to download iTunes. This will just have to do.

Wheel of Fortune is actually a really fun redemption game.
1. Spin Wheel for ticket value.
2. Guess letter.
3. Multiply letters revealed by ticket value.
4. Repeat 1-3 twice more.
5. Guess puzzle to win more tickets. I have no idea how much because I'm bad at the game.

Finally hit the 100 in Skeeball.

What a great arcade.

Speed of Light is a pretty cool game. I thought my score of 500ish was ok, but apparently people on the internet can break 700 without too much difficulty. I've never been super great at reflex games (as Riot can attest from that counting game I played on the way to Evo) but I think I could be decent at this one.

660 today. This game is all about combo. Combos go up to x5 on fifth hit, so it's critical to keep the combo alive. Looks like the ideal speed is around 200bpm to keep the combo up.

They send those kind of coupons out all the time if you sign up for their rewards program.

I'm pretty much done with D&B. They insist on having the stage almost unplayably close to the cabinet, big foam pads on the bars ("for safety") that mean I can't grab them if I'm falling, and I swear PIU is one of the quietest games in the entire facility. Pro 2 is also relatively old and hasn't aged well, in my opinion. They have some other cool games, but without a decent PIU setup, I'm not willing to make the drive.
A normality test:
+++ATH
If you are no longer connected to the internet, you need to apply more wax to your modem: it'll make it go faster.
If you find this funny, you're a nerd.
If neither of the above apply, you are normal. Congratulations.

Pro isn't that great, but I'm not quite burnt out on it yet. I'm still pretty newb at Pump, so there's a lot for me to learn/do.

Honestly, I probably wouldn't go that often if it weren't a 5 minute detour along my commute home. I like my little rotation around the arcade.

Arcade Classics
Galaga/Ms. Pac
Pump
Battle Royal

Doesn't it make you feel like you in the game though? Putt Putt Anderson's pads are literally touching the cabinet, and they reluctantly declined our requests to move it back. So after we moved the pads back, we found a whole bunch of tokens right there on the floor! What a bad business practice.

And one of the buttons on the machine is kind of flaky to boot. Someone has achieved god tier on that game and it isn't Chad. We must find this person and steal his/her power for Chad!

The plans for assimilation in this community seems more of a threat than borg or bronies...
