Chad, thoughts?
Wiki says this:
Two attempts to localize the game for the United States market have been made since August 2008, including UBeat, a variant of the first version, and Jukebeat in 2009, a variant based on Jubeat Ripples.
A port of the game for the iOS, "Jubeat Plus", was released on Apple's Japanese App Store in 2010, with a release in the USA store titled "Jukebeat" in 2011.
I don't really care what people call it.

The US iOS version is also called JukeBeat.
Honestly, I don't know why the game isn't called CubeBeat.

Probably to distance itself from the Cube movie series. People might think if they hit the wrong cube the game will kill them in a grisly fashion.

I'll work on installing some booby traps in my machine.

Make sure to have the one that slices and dices the guy like in the start of the first film. (Oddly enough, it was the most gory scene of the film as the film focuses more on the people trapped in the cube and their relationships between each other.)

Have there been any additions / removals that require an update of the OP?

"Fake Asian"
I like to think of it as a term of endearment!

No new game information to report, but I've been upgrading and reconfiguring the lighting in the basement. The goals are to darken some over-bright areas, brighten some over-dark areas, offer more control over which lights come on when/where (add more switches), and reduce screen glare as much as possible.

I'm a fan of dim, yet well lit, moody basements

I don't think I would describe it as dim, but it's my hope that these changes will help set a nicer mood down there.

I'd say ditch any main overhead lights and use spot lighting to focus on posters, decorations, the kitchen sink on your bar, etc. and let the games marquees take care of the rest! Lol.
Any meet ups there any time this fall?
