anyone remember the greatest boxign game ever. Mike Tyson couldnt handle my superior boxing skills
Acually, from what I've heard, they dropped Tyson simply because the contact to use his likeness expired.Secef wrote:Well, Mike Tyson wasn't in Super Punch-Out, as that was the SNES game. He was in Mike Tyson's Punch-Out!! (but not that stupid re-release "Punch-Out!! feat. Mr. Dream" in which Mr. Dream replaced him on account of Iron Mike's recent rape allegations at the time)
Dang, I diden't know you could unlock Lil' Mac. I might have to get Fight Night now. That, and I just like boxing.Secef wrote:And a fun random factoid: In the Gamecube version of the recently released "Fight Night: Round 2" you can play the full version of Super Punch-Out!! within the game, and if you beat it, you unlock Little Mac as a selectable boxer in the actual game. Pretty spiffy bonuses, eh?
dont you love that information that you cant forgetI don't know why, but I still remember the password to Mike Tyson on Punch Out for the NES:
007 373 5963
I didn't even own an NES...
That... is awesome. I'm tempted to go find my NES in my closet and give Mike a good beatin'.Ho wrote:I don't know why, but I still remember the password to Mike Tyson on Punch Out for the NES:

No but if you put in the tech support nuber and do something else it will give a bussy tone on the game. Sorry i dont remeber that games codes well enough.Fluffyumpkins wrote:Wasn't that code the number for nes tech support or something?
OFF TOPIC: I also remember the McDonald's menu song...which some of you here are probably too young to remember even existed.Hoody2006 wrote:dont you love that information that you cant forgetI don't know why, but I still remember the password to Mike Tyson on Punch Out for the NES:

I know about the first 30 seconds, I never bothered memorizing the whole thing though.Ho wrote: OFF TOPIC: I also remember the McDonald's menu song...which some of you here are probably too young to remember even existed.
And still off topic, but back to video games...and DDR! How many people remember the Maniac code for the original Dance Dance Revolution?xK1 wrote:I know about the first 30 seconds, I never bothered memorizing the whole thing though.Ho wrote: OFF TOPIC: I also remember the McDonald's menu song...which some of you here are probably too young to remember even existed.
Further derail but back to videogames: Sure, just about any gamer from the NES days knows the Contra/Konami code, but how many people remember the 10 lives code for Super C? =P
