Well, Mike Tyson wasn't in Super Punch-Out, as that was the SNES game. He was in Mike Tyson's Punch-Out!! (but not that stupid re-release "Punch-Out!! feat. Mr. Dream" in which Mr. Dream replaced him on account of Iron Mike's recent rape allegations at the time) on the ol' NES. But nevertheless, I remember them both, yeah. Both of them are incredibly excellent, timeless games... MTPO in particular. Very memorable characters (King Hippo and Soda Popinski liek wut) and some of the best video game music I've heard, not to mention the simple but fun and addictive gameplay on top of all that.

And a fun random factoid: In the Gamecube version of the recently released "Fight Night: Round 2" you can play the full version of Super Punch-Out!! within the game, and if you beat it, you unlock Little Mac as a selectable boxer in the actual game. Pretty spiffy bonuses, eh?

Acually, from what I've heard, they dropped Tyson simply because the contact to use his likeness expired.

Of course, I wouldn't doubt his legal troubles didn't exactly make 'em want to renew it, either...

Dang, I diden't know you could unlock Lil' Mac. I might have to get Fight Night now. That, and I just like boxing.

OFF TOPIC: I also remember the McDonald's menu song...which some of you here are probably too young to remember even existed.

I know about the first 30 seconds, I never bothered memorizing the whole thing though.

Further derail but back to videogames: Sure, just about any gamer from the NES days knows the Contra/Konami code, but how many people remember the 10 lives code for Super C? =P

And still off topic, but back to video games...and DDR! How many people remember the Maniac code for the original Dance Dance Revolution?

...of the half dozen people on this site that actually may have played it. :P
