Is there anything tricky about setting Event Mode on PIU (assuming there IS an event mode!)? Basically we need to set the machine on both Freeplay and Stage Break Off for the duration of the weekend's event.

For normal free play time (not tournament time) I'd recommend not doing event mode since it limits you to one song before kicking you back to the title screen. Just set stage break to off (in game options) and free play (in coin options) and you'll be set.

For tournament play, set event mode in game options. This will remove menu timers and run only one song before returning immediately to the title screen.

No tricks are involved (unlike DDR) - everything's right on the menu.
