Apparently, some do. In case you missed it, this is a Japanese auction...and it has bids! I thought you of all people would appreciate this, but perhaps the irony was completely lost on you.

I laugh and cry, considering that's mainly how I learned how to play Beatmania for the longest time. I just couldn't imagine seeing myself putting in Swap Magic for Beatmania US. lol.

Also, if I'm guessing right the top bid isn't very high at all (like around $16) which is pretty funny too.

Honestly, while this had to be one of the funniest oddities I've seen in a while, I also can't help but think of this scenario everytime I'm on this page:
Japanese buyer: Yes, I got Beatmania US.
(After trying to play it for 20 minutes)
Japanese buyer: WHAT HAVE I DONE? This is worse than Tokyo's public toilets.
While this thought gives me a good laugh, it makes me sad at the same time.
