Well, it looks like Konami simply won't let Trip Machine and Paranoia just retire gracefully. I'm not really impressed with what I have seen from the Supernova 2 location tests and I'm hoping that they are saving all the good stuff for it's release.

I disagree.
My favorite Paranoia is definitely either Max or Evolution, neither of which premiered in Extreme.
Fav Trip Machine is SP Jungle Mix, which debuted on like 2nd.

Trip Machine Survivor is what appeared in DDR Not-Extreme US. The best in my opinion was DJ Taka's rendition of SP-Trip Machine from Beatmania IIDX 2nd Style.

Also, thank god they finally got Marvelous turned on by default for regular gameplay. This is something I've wanted to see for a long time.
Yeah that should make it really interesting actually, although 100%'s will be hella hard to get I would imagine. SN on PS2 wasn't really bad though I thought... still haven't played much of SN on arcade but I loved it. 8)

Personally I was very unimpressed with the US console release of SuperNova due to their decision to put in licensed songs that didn't appear in it and also to make 5 songs available in online play only. What I have seen of the SuperNova 2 songlist is showing that Konami of America is repeating the exact same mistakes which only reinforces my very low opinion of them.

I'm glad I'm not the only person who thinks this way. Honestly it kind of makes me depressed and miss the good old days when 'zomg 4th style came out and it's f'n awesome!'

There's a song with your name in it. Twice. "DanDanDO." I'd be thrilled to find a "JeffJeffRE."

Seriously though, Take on Me? WTF?!? I love that song, and the fact it's on SuperNova2 makes me want to throw up.
