Gonna try and AAA some 5th Mix shit but the timing feels wayyyyy tighter on 5th. IIRC none of the 573 mixes actually had different timings but since the framerates differed between the games the timing *seems* tighter. No speed mods and no solo definitely hurts too on some of the older shit where my brain hasn't 100% locked away the chart in its little nostalgia vault, I definitely have had some fuck ups on Conga Feeling and Enter The Dragon but I'm still able to sightread full-combo shit like DO ME and Stomp To My Beat since those charts will be with me til the grave.

I'm gonna get another god damn AAA. No idea what it's gonna be but it'll probably be I'm In The Mood For Dancing I can get that one around 5 or so greats pretty consistently. That first arrow is a complete guess tho there's like no real audible beat when the song starts

Yeah I feel like it's all visual. You gotta completed tune out whatever is happening in the intro of that song and just focus on the arrow flashes happening each quarter note and pray that you guess right hehe
