Make sure you do the [url= thing without quotes around the URL. I can never remember that BBcode is different and doesn't use them since (X)HTML does. (and in fact, XHTML requires the use of the quotes).

If you are no longer connected to the internet, you need to apply more wax to your modem: it'll make it go faster.
If you find this funny, you're a nerd.
If neither of the above apply, you are normal. Congratulations.

Images on tinypic.com don't use the file extension in the URL, so the actual URL you should be using would be:
http://tinypic.com/1qq0ww
Unfortunately it looks like BBCode won't let you post an image without the file extension, so I'm not sure if there's much more you can do except changing where you host your picture.
Doesn't work

I'm just staying in the topic of signatures right now. But, why does bbcode not let me put a picture in my sig?
I just made a sweet new sig and the site that I host it on doesn't let me host it anymore.
I <3 photoshop
Oh, Does anybody know how to get that grunge look in the layers on photoshop?
I'm, a little confused about it.
Help please

To quote the post that's sandwiched between your two posts and explains why your sig image doesn't work-Spartan_117 wrote:I'm just staying in the topic of signatures right now. But, why does bbcode not let me put a picture in my sig?

If there's enough interest, I could look into making bbcode img tags work for things that don't end in known image extensions. I'm not going to trade off security (As in letting people break the page) for that if it comes down to it though.

For avatar and sig hosting I suggest you either use photobucket.com or imageshack.us
Imageshack is hosted by photobucket but you dont have to have a username or anything to use it, but you can if you want to manage your pictures.
Both of these sites keep the file extention the same, but imageshack may change the actual name since it does not use directories like photobucket.

I am willing to host some banners or pics for people if you just let me know. If interested email the picture or whatever to slackercowgirl@yahoo.com and I will send you a URL back.
