How do all you people hurt yourselfs doing handplants? Are you guys like putting all your weight on your hands or something? Seriously, The only time I've ever hurt myself doing didder/itage/pump is wayyyy back when when I tried to do a freestyle knee drop.

Its actually really natural (I accidently did it the first time I played it). You use your knees to hit the 3rd and 4th arrows, and hour hands for the two up arrows. Pretty nice chart for that song actually.
