Actually, they did fix the sync issue. The problem now is that fact that the burn-in protector likes to fight with the fix and make everything appear one grade window off on the screen (if that even makes sense). If you hit the arrow when it is dead on the gray bar, you will get a Perfect. You have to attack the arrows slightly early (or pay more attention to the song instead of focusing 100% on the arrows) to get Superbs.

If they were to disable the burn-in protector (which can be done in the operators menu), the problem should be fixed. But, the screen will develop burn-ins in under a week.

you will have to talk to your local arcade about that, but in Indiana, Daniel wants to be first to have it.

Daniel is thinking about getting it someday, whenever they make a conversion kit for the regular gx cab
Ask a distributor the 26-28th of this month. That's the window I've heard for conversion kits being released.

Since I don't feel like digging through this section to find my brag thread, I'll just steal Chris' for awhile.

I would also like to note that I'm told there is no latency between audio/video although almost everyone in the group that went to play felt there was. I know my accuracy is hardly the best, but there were things which definitely felt off to me when I was playing.

I'd actually like to hear other peoples' opinions on that matter when they get to go play - Katy, Mike, Jeremy, and Chad(?) I'm looking at you guys.

There are also a couple stepchart videos on my Youtube: http://www.youtube.com/whatyoudread

Isn't this how Pump is now? It feels to me that you have to hit the arrows noticeably PAST the gray bar to get the highest timing grade, on Zero anyway.

I have not had that problem. But then again, it has been a long time since I have played Zero. If you get the chance to play Pro, you will see what I mean.

Go to that mexican place down the street, eat, come back saying you won't play anything, play it you will pass it. That is what Jason did when he got 8 misses on Moonlight Nightmare.

The next Louisville tourney will probably be on Pump it Up: Pro. There are better songs for me to pick on you.

But if I do not have Pro...
