Damn that machine sounds like a piece but it should be salvageable, did you order new sensors or is it "good enuff?"
The speaker should be replaceable, I'm not expert in audio hardware but I imagine this stuff is all standardized, you should just be able to order the woofer itself for cheap since you don't need a box and the wiring shouldn't need to be replaced. Just get the speaker dimensions and you'll be good to go. Using the cabinet as a jukebox is actually a really baller idea and you'll want the sound quality to be good but hey - you can always use the DM cab as a jukebox if you need to.
3. The monitor has some oh-so-slight distortion at the very top. Nothing that would render the game unplayable.
What kind of distortion are we talking about? It might be related to the controls not working. But again, Brandon would be the expert here.
4. There are tons of missing screws. I've had to use as few as two on the joining pieces that normally require 8.
This should be easy to repair, you'll just need to grab some screws from the hardware store.
Chad you haven't hosted a party in a long time, you should try hosting something once the Stepmania cabinet is done. Beats on the juke box, guacamole dip and wings, booze, hookah, cigars, games, and booty dance offs.
