Tilt Studio (Circle Centre)
New thread because the OP on the old one is outdated.
------------------------------------------------------------------
Tilt Studio
Suite S - Circle Centre Mall
49 W. Maryland Street
Indianapolis, IN 46204
ZIv Database Entry
Games:
DDR SN2 - Broken.
PIU NX - Don't bother with the P2 side. P1 side is okay.
PIU Exceed - Both sides are good. If the monitor is off, just ask an employee to turn it on.
DDR X IS GONE, see later in the thread
SSFIV Arcade Edition 360 Edition
some Marvel vs. Capcom game I think
Mario Kart
Daytona 500
Indy 500 (yes, they still have the simulators)
lots of other racing games
many shooters
Skeeball
that basketball shooting game
Star Wars thing
some weird bowling thing
Air hockey
a whole lotta redemption games
And they apparently also have laser tag now.
Everytime I go here it seems mostly dead. I usually get there around 11-12 and stay until about 2, so that might explain it. I'd assume it's much busier later in the day. Otherwise, I don't understand how they're still open.

Re: Tilt Studio (Circle Centre)
Supposedly the SN2 has been replaced with an SN1, and the NX is broken again. But this is just based on modifications made to the location database by a banned user, so...
I'm hoping he was just mistaken.

Do they still have sale prices listed on their games?

Re: Tilt Studio (Circle Centre)
Not when I was last there. That was about 3 months ago though.
Also DON'T YOU DARE buy the SN2/SN1, whatever it is. I don't wanna be stuck playing X. I think I'd prefer to play on a soft pad.

Chad has 3 DDR machines in his house so if I had to guess I don't believe he is in the market for a 4th one

I feel like a skee-ball game in a house is an awful, awful idea.

It's pretty big, but I think it'd be a neat thing to have in a basement or something.Merk wrote:I feel like a skee-ball game in a house is an awful, awful idea.

Re: Tilt Studio (Circle Centre)
Apparently the person was confused. It's been changed back to an SN2.

Re: Tilt Studio (Circle Centre)
Well that's good, you can play "Unreal" all you want now! Look into the eyes! Look between the lies! Now you start to feel! A world that you can see! So unreaaaaaal! So unreal!
Yeahhhhh I guess. I would be afraid of a skee ball getting thrown into some dry wall or something else that was valuable. Putt-Putt put their skee-ball machines next to their IIDX and then when that turned into a coat-rack they decided to put ITG by the skee-ball machines. God damn what were they thinking? It's pretty big, but I think it'd be a neat thing to have in a basement or something.

I guess I'd hope that people in my house wouldn't jet the ball like they're playing in the World Series.Merk wrote:Well that's good, you can play "Unreal" all you want now! Look into the eyes! Look between the lies! Now you start to feel! A world that you can see! So unreaaaaaal! So unreal!

Re: Tilt Studio (Circle Centre)
Apparently X is gone (probably got tired of maintaining it, don't blame them). SN2 is apparently not booting up. The NX is apparently fine now.
I assume the HDD on the SN2 died. They'd have to send it back to Betson, but I doubt they even supply SN2 HDDs anymore. So the only option would be buying a used kit, but they may decide it's not worth it and toss the machine.
To my knowledge, those two DDR machines were the most up-to-date public machines in the whole state. Anything else I've seen on ZIv is EXTREME or ITG2.
If they want to sell it for cheap, they can call me and we'll discuss the details but it will probably still be too expensive
