So the different modes. Normal is light 5, Hard is 5 key, and Expert is 5 song courses?

Also can you change mods mid game? How about changing difficulties mid game?

Pretty much, there are another charts but we have still yet to figure out how to access and play them.

Getting to another isn't hard. You hit the two blue buttons at the same time. This works as long as the song has 'Another' grayed out next to its current difficulty.

Changing mods in the middle of the song is not available in the original Beatmania Series. The only games with that capability are the console versions of IIDX Red and Happy Sky and the arcade versions of DistorteD and Gold.

I don't think they meant during a song--just between songs. And I believe the answer is 'no'. I think you pick your mods at the beginning of the game and you're stuck with them. Although HS3 is appropriate for most every song in that game. If anything, it's often too slow.

Yeah, I should clarify. I meant can you change songs mid set. Like after the first song but before the second in non course mode.

Today I opened up, cleaned out and re-arraged the sensors in the Pump it Up pad, lately it seemed a bit tough to do three jumps and three holds but it is working a lot better now. I will also clean out the DDR pad soon but who knows how much good that will do since it is a betson cab (Bazzzzzing)

3 new additions that have taken place (or will take place) at the arcade:

-Neo Geo Battle Colosseum is now Metal Slug 6 (the legit version not the MS3 hack)
-We have Lethal Enforcers 1 (it is being serviced at our distributors and will be there tomorrow)
-Our Turkey Hunter cabinet is getting stripped of Turkey Hunter and will be converted to Street Fighter 3rd Strike, we have the PCB board, buttons, joysticks in the office, we are waiting for a Kick harness (the wires that hook up to the kick buttons) which will be in probably Monday.
