Can you abort a baby in AU?

You can Abort only if the fetus hasn't got a conscience.

I think its the first few weeks or month were it is legal to abort. There are certainly abortion clinics around and its free for anyone under 17 yrs old in Victoria. Each state has their own regulations but i'm pretty sure they all allow it.
