Since tiers are determined only by w/l percentage, there is still opportunity for dreams. There can still be a lot of unbalance among characters who have won a lot simply by virtue of who they have faced.

Had a dream last night where I went over to Ho's house uninvited to help him move shit. Ho was pissed that I came over uninvited but he appreciated me helping him move shit.
He was more pissed than appreciative so it was a net loss for me in my dream.
