The "Riot Clones" are not rating people who aren't joining their "colt" (I assume you mean cult) badly, they are rating people who enter their thread for the sole purpose of disrupting it badly. In particular, the people who repeated entered the thread (see: More than once) just to voice their opinion that they don't want any part of this "cult". For the record, you don't directly rate anyone with any letter grade.
