I think the driver summed it up pretty nicely - "if you gon' act like a man, I gon' treat you like a man"

I wonder what people like Fanatiq do for money. Did they go to college? Do they work a desk job? Does he make enough in winnings to cover day to day expenses? Does he have a well off family so work isn't really something he needs to worry about?

I am honestly surprised that chick didn't get knocked out after that dude punched her because holy shit that looked like the most perfect uppercut you could possibly make on a human being.

But yeah, she was hooping and hollering just too much. I mean, I don't think it's ever right to hit someone but man oh man was it funny she she was all like, "WHAT YOU GOAN DO, HUH?! WHACHU GOAN DO?!?!" and then the guy flat out uppercuts her and she immediately starts bawling and screaming about how he's going to jail. Come the fuck on lady, you want to act all hard and then when you get your ass told you cry about it.

Other than that though the video was TNB. This is why public transportation doesn't work in a country designed for cars. If you cram a bunch of people in a tight space then they're going to get stressed out and start acting a fool, pretty much any video on the internet of two adults fighting involves a bus in one way or another.

That's sort of my thinking as well. I agree that there is a lot of natural talent needed for tournament play in both IIDX and fightin' games, but another barrier to entry is simply time needed for practice.

I think just about everyone here can agree that we're all worse (in general) at games now than when we were in college/high school. Even if skill hasn't deteriorated, the amount of learning has certainly been cut short. I don't know about you guys, but I doubt I'll ever play videogames in a tournament again, large or small (exceptions being non-serious joke tournaments that don't really count.)

Edit: I'm posting this before Riot lectures us on how people can play videogames and make a lot of money doing it even though it's incredibly uncommon.

I probably won't play in for serious tournaments anymore because I'm a fucking grown ass man who doesn't have time to spend 4+ hours a day practicing a video game so I can make $20 in a tournament that only happens once in a blue moon. That shit was cool when I had all the time in the world in high school / college but now games are just a hobby and another mere form of escapism from life.
