Technically not a picture of myself, but a picture of something that was stuck inside me.
Yes, that strange thing in the middle of the pic (with the other objects there so you can get an idea of the size) is a kidney stone that I passed last night. It was nearly painless, which the nurse I talked to on the phone this morning described as 'remarkable'.

I've passed two of these, the first when I was 18 and it was very unpleasant, had cramps and pains for about 4 days before it came out. Second was when I was 23 and I didn't even notice it til it came out. They feel quite weird coming out though lolmalictus wrote:kidney stone
