ITS TRUE...thats why I stopped going there. It scared me.
This is what bothers me, people think the only reason myspace exists is a free way to try to "hook up" with others. While one of its purposes is to meet new people, it does not promote things like "meet sexy singles" or anything like that. The guy who made this site obviously only had sex on the brain. And by the way: http://failsatlife.ytmnd.com
Myspace is for meeting new people, networking, blogging (yes but it only shows about 4 or 5 links of blog history, not 29572938472983750), among other things. You can also turn off the links that appear in your favorites lists and stuff like that. (Maddox's argument: failed)
You can also block users that you don't want talking to you. It might take 5 seconds out of your precious lifespan oh noes.
I also like how you can customize your page on myspace if you know anything about HTML. Unlike Livejournal (which is way more plauged with 14 year old emo kids than myspace) where you have to pay to customize it more than changing the shitty layout.
Okay, I'm done for now.

Eww, myspace sucks. It's a popularity contest for people that never really left high school. =P

Livejournal may be some kind of Emo Headquarters, but it's functional and so much more constant and reliable than any other journaling site I've ever been on.
