ok, so im fine with delaying but will they let us stay after midnight!?!? if we start 2hrs later, that'll put qualifying to be done by 2 with the tourney starting at 3. i know this will go past midnight.

...btw, i swear if you are not there by 3 on the dot Tony, we're starting. you know as well as i know MI ppl can be there by 1. i want you there cuz you're in the Fort crew, but 3 has to be the latest.

well mike, it's double elim and if there's 20 ppl entering it's gonna run late even if it's run efficiently.

EDIT: ppl also have to qualify. they can qualify when they want but we need a set time for this man.

It'd better get resolved when the date is fast, I've already taken off work for the 20th. I'll have to switch days off, but be quick about the date change or I might not be able to go. :\

Hey, Brian from MI here. Jeff, Greg and I are for sure driving down, but a couple extra hours really would be awesome. Its a 5-6 hour drive from Saginaw, making it by 1 would be rough.

Not saying we wouldn't come otherwise, but, being the one driving, I'd certainly appreciate it.

Nine hours should be enough to run a tournament of about 20 people, especially if you have a program to manage the bracket (like at MMS). Not trying to step on toes, just sayin' I'll even bring my laptop to help if you want me to.

K well tony said he could be there by 2:30 so I say we just start it at 2:30 and run it as fast as possible and hope we're done by midnite

it's more fun when it's fast anyway, if we can get people to pick songs quick and minimize the time when no one's playing we might be okay.
