God dammit I can't justify spending $600 on a video game controller. Lord knows I won't use this drum set for actual drumming.

I could have sworn I looked for one of these in the past and it was listed back then at $600. Did you actually spend $1,200 on yours?

I think I spent around $600. Mine was odd in that it was sold as used, but it was still factory sealed when I received it. I'm not sure how that happened, but I didn't complain.

The price of these hasn't really changed over the years. The new models just get new features and the price stays about the same. Used sets go for about half of new unless they are in particularly awesome or terrible condition.
