Yah from what I heard 14 books were accidently sold, and when they did a recall only 2 were returned.

Since I don't actually care enough to confirm whether or not this is true, I'll leave it up to someone with more time on thier hands.

The funny thing about the christians argument about harry potter, is that the books don't depict any real magic. It takes a little bit more than waving a wand and muttering latin to cast a spell, so no matter how much a child reads the book, it's not gonna make any difference.
The majority of real magic requires a great deal of preparation, and careful planning and forethought. No harry potter esque wand waving and levitating.
Well, spells with instantatious effect DO exist, but they take years upon years upon years to master. Think of it like leveling up in an RPG...and the average kid doesn't have nearly enough XP to levitate.

and i bet at the end dumbledore was pleading to snape to kill him...instead of not to kill him

I think Dumbledor is probably dead. I can understand why a lot of people think he's not, especially with as many times as Faux teh the Phoenix is mentioned in the last two chapters, possibly foreshadowing a phoenix-like rebirth for Dumbledor at some future point, but I'd be mildly surprised.

As for Snape, I'd be very surprised if he were not still a good guy. Possibly Dumbledor knew he was going to die from the potion anyway, and told Snape to kill him so Snape wouldn't die due to the Unbreakable Vow.

What of R.A.B.? Regules Black perhaps? He was mentioned several times in this book, where as previously he had only been mentioned perhaps once or twice.

i was thinking along the lines of a Black

but i couldnt remember who was mentioned.. haha

The thing that angred me about this one,
was the fact that no matter what harry did,
he couldn't do anything to snape, like he was
invincible or something. I think it was bogus.
But the book now takes rank as my number one
in the series.

Naw, it makes sense really, Snape is an experienced wizard, and Harry is just a kid. This isn't ZOMGWTFBBQ anime where Harry can just go SSJ50,000 and blow people away by glaring at them, in Harry Potter a wizard's power is directly proportional to the amount of time they've spent honing their ability.

Harry's success against you-know-who is strictly because of the people around him, and because he has a destiny with him. Or, if you want to look at it that way, he's been lucky. But it makes sense that this wouldn't apply against Snape. It's realalistic.

in the ministry, and the rampage he went on his way down the castle,

Well he is very skilled
But snape,, is MUCH more powerful than Harry right now at this point.

In the world of magic, fiction and reality, the amount of power you wield is almost always directly proportional with the time you've spent actively learning it.
Even if a novice were to cast a spell written and designed by a high priest, it would not be nearly as effective in his/her hands, simply because he/she doesn't have the proper alignment with the elements or energies involved. Being aligned with such energies takes time, and practice, though a natural affinity does boost your ability a little.
Not the point you could take down an experienced mage, though.
The author has done her homework, I'll give her that...even if the wand thing is bogus.

I'm still pissed off at Snape, but Dumbledore is way too smart to NOT know that Snape would kill him and at what exact time.

but when was it ever stated that Dumbledore was clairvoient?

You know, that time/times when he just knew what everyone was going to do. Take the third book for example...it's full of it.
