I actually do got some beef at home!
I am going to make meat pancakes tonight:
4 lean beef patties - grilled if possible otherwise pan fried
Layer of ketchup between each patty which are stacked on top of each other like pancakes

Not a big fan of the corporate macro brews (Coors/Bud/Miller). I am a bit of a hipster when it comes to beer so I stick to micro/craft - I will go out of my way to not drink the big three macros. I'll drink Killian's / Blue Moon / Leinenkugel's though so I'm not opposed to macros as a whole, just the shitty beers.
