I wouldn't be offended, but only about half of the Korean songs made it from 3rd VK2 into 4th JP. I figured we could put in 3rd VK2, play through all the Korean songs, and then move on to whatever. Is that ok?

However, Bu Dam is one of the songs that did make it to 4th, so if you want to put that one in for this week, that's fine.

I guess I started with one that carried into the Japanese mixes, but I think we've got our next 9 weeks of songs unless Merk is ok with maybe doing 3 per week and knocking out 3rd VK2 in 3 weeks. Whaddya say? I love most of these songs, but I'm not exactly loving the cruel and unusual grading of 3rd Korea. I've failed more songs since I put it in than I think I have the rest of this year.

Yeah, I'm okay with knocking out 3rd mix Korean v2 as quickly as possible and then moving onto 4th mix!

Sorry I haven't really been able to play. I got racquetball tonight and assuming I am not looking at houses tomorrow then I should be able to play. I want to play I just haven't been able to!

Do you want to do just knock out all 9 VK2 exclusives in one week (this week)? I'd be ok with that. Then we can load up 4th (Plus, I assume).

I didn't wait for a confirmation from you again, but I went ahead and played all 9 songs two nights ago (I didn't get a chance to post about it yesterday). It took me about an hour to do this, but I played each song probably almost 3 times each. If you don't care about your score, you can probably knock this out in 30 minutes.

The charts aren't exactly hard, but they're challenging...if that makes any sense at all. They seem to do unusual patterns that are either atypical or non-existent in "regular" (non-Korean) DDR. I feel like they must have had different people working on these charts...they probably did.

I already knew from before, but this play session really reminded me: I HOPE YOU LIKE JUMPING!
There are a lot of jumps and jump drills in pretty much all of these charts.

Starian seems pretty tricky...but I was also getting fairly tired by that point (I played the songs in alphabetical order). I'd like to go back and replay Gyoung Go and Starian to see if I can at least get the FC on those. I'd also like to replay Mask Time and Rose since I actually had slightly better scores on those in Stay on Sync (from 2006!). The scores above are the ones I got this week though.

Ok, I know I've been a real piece of shit about this but I will play tonight. I've got all the new house shit sorted out and work should be relatively easy this week with it being a holiday and all. Let me finish up some of the Extreme stuff and then I'll get the K-stuff started.

My playing session was cut short by my mortgage people calling me stating that I NEED MORE MONEY GET MORE MONEY GIVE MONEY TO US so I had to take $600 from Chad and deposit it into the bank.

Chad is either one cool fellow or he REALLY wants you out of the house...

Chad's a good guy and obviously I'm going to pay him back I just needed a bunch of money in my account before the mortgage people would even send my mortgage application into underwriting.

Fuck if I know how all of this works but if the bank says, "Hey you're not going to have this house unless you have an extra $1,000 in the bank" then, well, it's only right to hit up your local heeb for some dollars.
