the theme is called sentinel, and it's downloadable at
http://www.themexp.org.
i think that's the url.
you need stylexp for it to work properly, but you can try to put all the theme files in the default windows theme folder...
but you need to be pretty savvy in order to know where all that shit is.
or, just get stylexp... at
http://www.tgtsoft.com/ ...find a serial, and use that to skin it. the thing at the top is a free thing called Sysmetrix. you can get it at
