Did anything happen Wednesday?

Just curious. I'm not actually trying to give you shit about this. I have a laundry list of projects I need to be working on and haven't.

I did actually play some singles yesterday but my pad is still in shitty shape. Got a good workout in but my scores were ass and I could not pass the one Oni course I tried (Naoki Platinum) due to pad misses.

One of the sensors is getting stuck on the right arrow of the 1P side and I'm thinking about just ripping it out so that the pad can be in playable shape. Unfortunately I didn't really have time to spend on fixing my 2P side since it was trash day, I needed to get a little bit of lifting in, and I wanted to take a nice warm bath before watching the latest episode of It's Always Sunny In Philadelphia.

Is there a place I can get new L-brackets and screws? I feel like that's the problem I'm having.

Are your L-brackets really bad? They're basically just a piece of steel. If they're rusty or something, you should be able to clean them. Replace the foam on top if necessary.

The screws and spacers (or something very close) can be had from McMaster-Carr. I may have some laying around.

Played for the first time in...a month? About a one hour session. I kind of feel like I got hit by a bus today.

No scores to report. I didn't even load MAX2 yet. I just wanted to get some play in because I've been a sedentary son of a bitch since before Christmas.

I played So Fabulous So Fierce twice last week and I think my best run was 10 greats, FC. I really focused on harder stuff and I was pressed for DDR time this past week. I'll probably revisit this and see if I can get it to 6 greats or less.

Is there a new song you'd like to play? Preferably singles since I need to still do work on my 2P side.

I never got around to playing last week. I was wiped out pretty much the whole week. Hopefully I can make it up this week though.

Let's see...for this week, how about The Centre of the Heart?

I like them ok, but I think I only ever cleared a couple. Maybe Naoki Standard and Nearly 130? You know...the easy ones.

I know you've done Nearly 130. I remember playing it with you and us both passing.
