Pheadra, thanks. Yes, my stubborness and self-control, ect has raised me to be right, and yes my brother is a fuck-up which I willingly admit. But he was raised solely by my mother [the bad parent] and not by my completely competent and level-headed father which accounted for his screw ups.
As for Chris, seriously, you really don't bother me. You don't know my parents, and as far I'm concerned, your opinion and false assumptions don't mean anything to me. And I NEVER said Casey was my bf. We are dating but not official but thanks for being an idiot, yet again. And I never claimed I was innocent either. :]
As for everyone else, I never told her what to do. I never told her how to live her life. I was just saying that I personally didn't think it was appropriate for her to date someone so much older at her age.
Ok, I'm done w/ this.

"Sexual violence victimization starts very early in life. More than half of all rapes of women (54%) occur before age 18; 22% of these rapes occur before age 12. For men, 75% of all rapes occur before age 18, and 48% occur before age 12 (Tjaden and Thoennes 2000). Young women are at higher risk of being raped than older women (Acierno et al. 1999). "

I dressed like a guy and cut my hair boy-short from 13-15 years old. But then... I might've been raped by a girl. O NOES!blackcat24 wrote:Yeah that makes sense. Rapists usually go for younger, more attractive looking girls. I'm interested in the statistics for male rape, since that is significantly more rare. I just wanna know how that's even possible...I dunno.
There are other factors to all rape, unfortunately. I've had it beaten into my head by now that looking old and unattractive doesn't make you safe.
I imagine that most of the crimes they're putting into the male rape category are what we more commonly refer to (euphemistically?) as child molestation.
As to adult male rape: well, there's the old prison cliche, but there are also male-on-male attacks out in the "normal" world. What, you think that gay people are immune to whatever horribly screwed-up mindset inspires heterosexual rapists? We wish.
In certain cases it may also be possible for a female to rape a male; I know one guy who had an unpleasant experience with unwanted physical advances, but it (thankfully) didn't escalate to that level. He was still pretty shaken up by the possibility, though. Most guys are so used to the idea that they'll never be a target of such things that they react... badly... to realizing it's not necessarily so.
And gattchoon: I tried that (probably around 12-14), but it didn't help so much. I guess I was/am just a creep magnet. Either way, I'm insanely jealous.

Well, the fair majority of 'goth' girls are just wanna be scene kids low self esteem and extra large love handles. They oogle over just about anything. In secret, of course...because oogling a preppy boy is against the rules!Riot wrote: And yes, Merk. Gothic girls do tend to oogle over me for some reason. It must be my pale skin.
Are you saying I'm nothing special to oogle over, and only fat ugly girls would like me?!Original Sin wrote:Well, the fair majority of 'goth' girls are just wanna be scene kids low self esteem and extra large love handles.
