Incorrect.

You know we'll all be MUCH better off when someone just points me to some bloody stepcharts, right?

Yes, phpBB seems not to like me - I tried to fix the URL and it *still* doesn't work - so I'll just cite this example, 'cuz I'm lazy.

Hey, I'm not the one who said you gave 0 non-perfect post ratings in the past few months. I can count just fine. :D

(Was going to insert a longer joke about the significance of counting to creatures of the night, but... no.)

That, sir, is very impressive to me.

Everyone keeps misunderstanding me. I know the beat just fine. It's the note patterns that I'm not familiar with. I could understand the beat pattern all I wanted to and still fail the song.

Eh, I realized that it's really bad to play DDR with a headache. lol.

Ow! That's cold, Ho! What did MonMotha do, come up with a formula to multiply the weight of a rating by the coherence of the rating comment?

Hmm, that would be a really cool project... you could do a first-order algorithm by taking a prebuilt dictionary and maybe adding some DDR-specific terms, then checking to see what percentage of the "words" in a comment actually show up in the dictionary. The next step would be using a grammar analyzer to see whether the thing is a valid English sentence or set of same...

Uh, yeah, I need to get out more.

IMO, lowering the speed modifier helps you map out *where* to go with your feet at the cost of giving you fewer cues about the rhythm. I do know this may not be true for others, though.

Nah, I just run this little bad boy every once in awhile when I feel like his ratings are especially nonsensical (i.e. hourly):

UPDATE ratings SET rating_value=0 WHERE userid="Potter"
