Hello, my name is Jess, from Kokomo. I am hosting this tournament. Any complaints are not to be directed at Kasey, nor Andrew. Here are some of your complaint explanations, whether they have been covered or not.

#1: $5 for tokens, geez people, five whole dollars, its for the flimsy little raceway, give me a break.
#2: Predetermined songlist: Predetermined is fair, no one on the comittee will cheat anyone and if you're so great, stop complaining, if you think you can win, you can do it with a predetermined list.
#3: Prize money: Heavy prize is AT LEAST 100 if not more
#4: On a Thursday: Tried to have it on a saturday but the owner of Kokomo Raceway denied it due to believe it or not, they get busy from the Go Karts.

Jess, how the fuck are we supposed to take you seriously when you can't even spell properly. Let us list reasons why you are infact a moron.

1. You can't spell committee.

2. We know its not a typo because you spelled it incorrectly in two different locations, you are just a fucking moron.

3. Your whole post consists of what, two or three run on sentences?

4. You have absolutely no idea how to hold a tournament properly, and you prove this by doing the most hated method of song selection.

5. Are you not smart enough to allow the traditional method of letting each player pick a song then choosing random on the next?

6. Going by score is the most obsurd way to judge a winner. You can have the exact same amount of perfects and greats and get two totally different scores. I actually won a tournament from this bullshit. (sorry Bionix)

7. 15$ for only 100$ top prize is way to expensive. I better get at least 200$ as Kasey (which is spelled the female way, explaining why he is such a bitch) has suggested or else I will find other means to get it.

8. This shit better be double elimination for 15$.

9. I will be having a talk with the owners of Kokomo Raceway about how you guys handle and represent yourselves, considering that they are the same owners as Westside. What I say won't be pretty. I'm pretty sure they don't know how you guys are acting here nor would they appreciate the way you are making people feel about there establishment.

10. You don't need a million people to run a tournament, especially when your whole city sucks at DDR.

11. Want to make bets that the winner will be somebody NOT from Kokomo?

You guys drove away alot of people from coming to this tournament. You could have easily got 15-20 more people to show up but your immaturity and lack of experience has ruined that. Your refusal to take in a suggestion lowered the few of us who decided to come anyways even more. NOW your ignorance has made everybody cancel except me, and I'm the one person you don't want to go.

edit: there better be a fucking qualifier too, the two best ppl better not end up playing each other in the first round. I don't want to beat some guy who thinks hes good because he can get a B on Kind Lady first round, only to find out hes the best you have to offer.

Well, according to their rules page we can use speed mods now. Going off of score instead of perfects total bullshit and I know it to be damn true. The only time that this works is DDR Supernova cause they changed the score system to be for each note instead of weird combo x note formula they use in Extreme. (Aaron In Japan has full information on that wacky system.) I've gotten SDGs under 5 greats and have gotten lower scores than the other player who has like 10-15 greats from that system. I don't see many people wanting to play since you are charging $15 for a tournament this messed up.

If he's the reason you arn't coming, thats kinda stupid.
We arn't using the money for shirts, we've already collected it from the team members.
The prize isn't 200, its 100-150. We don't know the exact amount yet.


Please reconsider coming. I hope all of you come out for a little bit of fun. I know the money isn't much, and the token thing is a pain, but its just plain out of the question to change. We're all sorry for the token thing.

I know who 'kokomoplayer' is, and she just hates a couple of us because she didn't get her way with things, so she's just making us look bad anyway.

If more of you DO come, the prize might turn into 200. Because the prize money is FULLY DEPENDENT on how many people show up.

P.S. Please stop with the bashing, it isn't getting you anywhere, it just makes you look like the world's biggest dumbasses. This is an event for fun, so why don't you just have some or don't come? Don't make this seem like its the world's largest event. Its a small little DDR tournament in a small little town. Ok? Nothing more, nothing less. Why argue with people who just want to let people have some fun.

P.S.S. Casey did you ever play out at (Indy) Rascal's last summer? I might of seen you there.

The rules are what they are. They're not what I'd pick, but I'm not going to get my panties in a bunch over them.

I'd totally go just to meet new people, but like I said earlier, I can't really get away from work for a mid-day tournament on a Thursday. If you could get one on a weekend or even a holiday like this coming Monday (as an example), I'd try to show up.

Ho, you are the only person in this thread who is actually being somewhat nice to others, other than noticably Arka.

I wish you could come.

But I'm looking forward to Casey coming as well, we'll actually have some competition. This is going to be really really fun.

BTW: Someone else who gets just as easily mad as Kasey will probably yell on here later in like a week. So just ignore it.

He's not why I'm not going, I'm not going because Casey(With a C, not a K) is going, which will prolly add up to instantanious drama, which I hate to no end.

Also, I've just found out that I can't get that day off, even though it will be a new fiscal year for us at Fedex, too many people have that day off.

Again, you judge me before you know me. I'm NOT an ass, and I SURE AS HELL AM NOT a dumbass. If you people would bother to get to know some of us by means through PM, or IM, you'd see that some of the "Insults" aren't as serious as you would make them out to be.

Also, I LOVE to have fun. I ONLY play for fun, and I was actually looking forward to coming, until I found out I had to work. I wasn't crying over the rules, the entry fee, or any other concerns, it's just when someone comes on and defiles my character, and the overall character of everyone in indy as if we're all the same that set me off. It offends and pisses me off when my character is defamed, and I DON'T stand for it, under ANY circumstances.

In December, I might show up. Or anytime, I might swing by. I'm always up for a good time in the spirit of fun.

Thanks guys, see, the tension was unnessecary. I'm sorry for those of you who cannot come because of work, i know it's hard to get days off, the owner of Kokomo Raceway made final judgement on the date, its too bad that it's not a good time for some of you.
