oh :D stupid am I :). I didn't know that they would have that in there... I thought only AOL was that evil.... I knew you could block IPs but that is just absurd!

down with the system!

EDIT: this only angers me more with AOL... it takes over your computer, sleeps with your wife, pisses on you and tells you it's raining... AOL must die

I...er, ho geeze this is embarassing.

I use AOl. There is no privacy tab. And now my mom decided to put parental controls on again (what am I, 5?!), so I can't use FireFox.[/quote]

[feel better about yourself] Don't feel bad. I'm several years older than you, and my parents have controls on my account, too. Not only on websites, though, but on time limits. Ever wonder why I'm not online at all hours of the night anymore? It's because of this shit. -.- [/feel better about yourself]

When I used the AOL account provided by my mother, she put on parental controls. Well... I wasn't going to have any of that so I put on a keylogger and searched for her password. i used it once to turn off parental controls. Oh, and once to make an extra screen name. :P

Yea, I fucking hate AOL lol. It slows everything down, it'd goof for nothing, and only messes stuff up. In fact now that I think about it, Who does like AOL? NOBODIES!! In fact, the other day I was at comp usa buying a heatsink, me and my dad saw a syatem for sale, at there was a big sign on it that said "AOL optomized right out of the box!!!" me and my dad started laughing and then a comp usa employee came up to us and said that that means it comes slow right out of the box. LOL! f'in aol is gay as shit.

If I hadn't done stuff like that in the past, I would scold you.....

computers being sold as AOL optimized is something I haven't really heard of before :D I feel pity for those who buy those. I hope it was pretty cheap.
