I didn't think it was that difficult, but the song I was going for was "Under Construction", from IIDX 4th Style AC.
Since nobody got it, I'll post a new clue. Many of you are sure to know this song, unlike, perhaps, Under Construciton. Oh, and this time, there are two clues! They go together to get at the song, but don't necessarily have anything to do with each other on their own.
