Pretty sure he was referring to the fact that you called her mom your parent.

However, the first part was a generalized question. Second part was me saying that we called her parents. I guess I should have worded it differently...

The Fruits of My Labor:

I had nothing to do all day today, so I felt like being creative. Yesterday, I bought a black plastic 40-CD case at a garage sale for $1.

I also bought some blue and white spray paint at Wal-Mart today for $2.

Painted base coat white...

Added thin masking tape...

Added second layer of blue...

Sanded the rough edges...

Finished product. How I took a piece of junk and made it a Van Halen-esque CD holder for just $3.

Chill points?

Mom went to Wal-Mart, I figured I'd go in and the idea hit me, so in theory she bought it, but I paid her back.
