Funny random conversation with BidBadOrc in the car:
(looking at a plane trajectory in the sky)
Me: OMG! That plane looks like it's going straight down! It looks like it's about to crash!
(it wasn't, but I hadn't seen a plane go straight down like that before)
BigBadOrc: Nah, it would probably be spiraling if it were about to crash...
Me: I know I know, it just looks so odd...
BigBadOrc: Maybe the pilot was getting head...

id like to save you from making a big mistake katy. obama is far from ideal, has changed his stance on foreign policy many many times,(along with his stance on healthcare ,hes basically riding the bandwagon) has mentioned nuking iran, a completely harmless and nonthreat is "not out of the question" I figure hes probably the most appealing on the "fox news line up", but I suggest if you really feel your going to use your right to vote and weigh in on one of the most important decisions ever made, I suggest educating yourself.

This is why democracy has taken a downfall. 1 out of 5 Americans still believe the sun revolves around the earth, this goes to show the amount of critical thinking going on here. and these people along with everybody else feel they have the right to weigh in on a presidential election knowing nothing more than what they've learned from cnn.

I want you thank you, not criticize you, for your point of view. I did watch the video, and Ron Paul is a good candidate, I agree...but I am wary of the fact that he is labeled as part of the Republican party. I need more information than just the video gave in order to sway my decision. I need to know what his views are on more social issues. Maybe he's not my ideal candidate, but if he has enough traits that I would like to see in a president, then I will change my mind. I like Barack Obame because I think he is a very intelligent, charismatic candidate that believes in a lot of the same ideals that I do. I am a very strong liberal, so in order for me to change my vote for the sake of a Republican (or Libertarian...which I know he used to be), it had better be a really really good reason, for more than just taxes and financial issues in America.

It is hard for me to believe anything the news puts out...not that I don't believe you, but I need to see more proof that Obama is the kind of man that you have explained him to be. I honestly doubt that Barack would say something like nuking Iraq or whatever...the last I heard, he wanted the troops out of Iraq, like most Americans do. Please, correct me if I'm wrong. I'm willing to find out things I didn't already know.
