Brilliant!

On another note...

So, I was watching this video on YouTube, and then it ended. So, I opened another video, but there was no sound. And I was like, 'what the hell?!' So, I tried the other video again, but there was still no sound. So I fiddled with the volume on my speakers and then tried opening a video off my computer, but there was still no sound! So I was like, 'seriously, what the hell?!' So I told my friend about it over IM, but there was no sound for the sending and the receiving. And then I went into the other room and got a cookie, because they're delicious. And then I came back and went into the IM window and sent a message to my friend, saying 'brb, system reboot'. And there was this lound 'BUDOOP' for sending the message. And I was like 'WTF?! What the hell?!'

And now my sound works again. :?

lol Jeremy.. that's age old wisdom right? You just don't discuss these things because they're too controversial. It's far better to just stick your head in the sand like an ostrich and hope everyone thinks you have a cute butt =]

My goal isn't to argue abortion. It's to listen to the ideas that are going to be important in the next election. So I'm posting speeches, and I'm hoping that others will post speeches to. And then maybe I'll be surprised by what I hear.
Potter wrote:he wont win because people like you choose obama over him, simply because of his persona and not paul because "hes to drastic" where you forgive obama and pass off the fact he hasn't even MENTIONED things like the federal reserve, income tax, or the patriot act as "hes just a politician teehee! he can't voice his opinion on strong topics its bad for politics!"

I do not want a man running my country who can't even voice his opinion in fear of it hurting his campaign
Thanks for telling me who I'm going to vote for Potter. Even though I've repeatedly said that I like Ron Paul. I wasn't saying that I didn't like him for being too drastic, I was saying that I don't think the majority will go for someone who is so different from the majority.

Obama has mentioned something that I think is one of the most important issues at stake in our government - he wants to get rid of this nonsense where corporations bribe officials with campaign contributions.

Well, while I support Barack in that same thing, there are several things that I think are at stake. And just because Barack doesn't mention anything about the Patriot Act now doesn't mean that it will not come up in the presidential debates and whatnot. An important issue to me is that Barack will keep religion out of his political decisions. Although Barack is a Christian, he won't ban marriage of gays just because of his religion, or whatever crazy things the Bible says. He will make decisions based on fairness and his own judgment. If you saw his 40 minute speech in the other thread, you would have heard about that. I want the future president's actions to be fair to the minority as well as the majority.

Seriously, you think that we like him just because of charisma....but there's a LOT more than just that that we are interested in...

Well, then I agree with you that the majority shouldn't vote for a candidate based on charisma or persona alone...I just didn't want you to get the idea that it was the only reason why I support Barack...
