The Bald Eagle has very small lacrimal ducts, not enough for it to actually cry. Plus they secrete an oily substance which is wiped across the eye from the beak to the edges. Technically, Bald Eagles cant actually cry.
However, very high buildings can be hit by aircraft.
If Bald Eagles built skyscrapers they wouldn't get trapped because they could just fly off the building. Then we wouldn't have a reason to cry because the survival rate would be much higher.

Turns out, it's going to be harder than Jordan.
Crap.
Fuck guitar hero...it's about as much like playing guitar as.... ...well, playing DDR is like dancing.
If guitars had only one string, and 5 notes, I'd be a god by now.

some people are trying to say that terrorists infiltrated the road safety crew and then purposely didn't inspect the bridge so it would then collapse

Some said that due to all of the "unnecessary funding" in Iraq, the bridge went unfunded, and thus was all of Bush's fault.
I honestly think that the bridge could no longer hold its own weight. Is that such a crackpot theory?

Yeah, considering the bridge is roughly fifty years old. Its kinda ridiculous how much the media is blowing this out of proportion. Now its "This bridge is unsafe, but we wouldn't care right now unless another had collapsed first. So now we act like we knew all along." I dunno. But they did show some pretty interesting facts, like there are few, if any, inspectors for some of the states with damns and bridges.
