5'6" (The best examples of my height are on the picture I put up recently and a few vids that Ho should be putting up soon.)

Oh, something I should mention at this point in time. I am going to give credit where's it's due on a few things.

After they f*cked me over on switching to active duty, I was about to straight walk out until I went to DDR-A-Thon 6 which helped cool me down quite a bit. Also, it was due to getting back into ITG/DDR that I was able to pull out what was the best PFT run I have done to date. In that respect, I thank the IndyDDR community for helping reverse the negative karma I was suffering from in that respect.

Phase 2 workout program:
Every Other Day:
Quick Master Pullup Pyramid, this time though using a 10 pound ankle weight set.
Long Distance Run: 4-8 mile run (Sprints will be done twice a week.)
Modified Ab Ripper X and MCMAP Core Training
