Don't expect any doubles scores from me until I get a second DA controller. However, due to all the smack that has been said I have opted to hold off on my planned songlist and play through 7th style!
The end results:
3 new AAAs on 4th Style
6 new AAAs on 7th Style
My graphic should reflect this around noon.
Let the real games begin!

Okay, Ho, I posted a few new scores... which you're already beating me on. Probably not a good sign.
My excuse is that I have to move this weekend, so I haven't had a lot of time to sink into IIDX for the past few days (and probably won't until the 10th or so).
As to Amp: I'll beat you in something, mark my words. Probably e-motion L7, out of a sense of tradition.

E-Motion is not really a good song to try that on cause of the timing being off. Then again, I like seeing new blood beating my L7 scores cause it actually makes me go back and redo those songs!

Yeah, and trash us... again.
The screwy timing on E-motion can just be memorized with enough practice and experimentation. I'm working on that now, but... eh...

Update: Oh noes, I'm now out of L7 songs to AA and I got 2 more AAAs! Time to move up to 7K!
Oh, Merk's Ex score is only ahead of mine by 168 points now! I hope he enjoys his lead while he still can.

What was the last one to fall, out of curiosity? (That's probably my best bet for assailing your position.)

Stoic L7! However, I recommend against trying cause the song is a clusterfuck!

LOL. That's what we need - Stoic (CF Mix).
Which mixes is it on? And yes, I could just read through my manuals, but I feel traumatised after yesterday.

uuuhghguhguhghghuhgh I do NOT want to play through 7th style, it's by far my least favorite style. I can't play this weekend so go ahead and TAKE THE LEAD!!!!!!

ROTFLOL! I feel somewhat the same way as most of the songs you had me beat on I hadn't played in 2-3 months usually. (In the case of a few L7 scores, over a year ago which meant that the old score was from my Iraq deployment!)
8th Style is next on the list of wrath! I will say that in my opinion it's is the worst release when it comes to timing.

That's right, I'm beating AMP on ONE WHOLE SONG!
I logged new AAAs tonight!
#3: You Really Got Me,
#4: Toxic, and
#5: L.O.T. (Love or Truth)
Of course they were all really easy songs. But the point is I really feel like my timing is getting a whole lot better. That last song was one I had whored the bloody crap out of back at the beginning of 2005 (I think). I had gotten myself within 2 points of my first AAA back then, but I just couldn't do it and gave up after repeated attempts.
As you all know, it was a good year and a half later before I'd actually get my first AAA. But since I had gotten two tonight (and back to back), I figured I should try and put my work from over a year to rest finally. And in doing so, it just so happend that my score was higher than AMP's. So I can give myself a pat on the back that I--for however short a time it may be--at least had one song that I outscored him on.

Yea, go for the one song I haven't done in 8 months! You just woke up the sleeping giant!

Well, that whole thing was pretty tongue-in-cheek. Such is the nature of this entire thread for the most part.
I wasn't really going after your score. I just wanted to put to rest that AAA quest that I had started so long ago. In the process I just happened to beat your score.
Once I saw what happened, I noted that your score was just barely above the AAA threshold and that it wasn't particularly new.

I fully acknowledge that you will likely surpass my score and reassert your total domination before too long.

I actually was planning to play some DDR tonight. I'll see what I can do.
As for PSMH, I've tried it a few times...I haven't passed it yet. I suppose I could log a fail if it would make you happy.
