After all, people will drop a token to play a single round of colorama to win 15 tickets (the rough average for that game with the default payouts). It takes about 50-100 tickets at most places to get a prize worth perhaps 25 cents. A game takes approximately 10 seconds. Compare with DDR or Pump, which costs 3-4 tokens and lasts about 10 MINUTES. There's a reason almost all arcades have a large redemption area: they make money. While the operators tend to hate those stupid games as much as you do, they bring in revenue, and that's what it's all about.
Thats whats awsome about chuck e cheeses and the whole '1 token a game' thing, some games you just put tokens into endlessly, and pump takes more than HALF AN HOUR for one dollar... and its a lot more fun ^_^

Oh, well, to each his own...
I'm looking forward to it, since the launch date has leaked...November 15, 2007... I do believe that's what MLG's site said, and there are plenty of weapons to look forward to, spartan laser? Assault rifle?
I wonder what the sniper is going to look like.

Also, I know this is a double post but I really could care less.
I just thought I'd point this out.
Look for me to be on tv this year.
MLG Pro circuit.
