When looking at history, it's best to put aside one's own cultural views...they seldom ever apply.
The greeks and romans seemed to be more...well, liberated from a sexual stand point. What, with their orgies and buttsechs and naked man wrestling and all that jive. What might be gay by our cultural ideals, to them, was normal.

Unfortunately, America was founded by a bunch of bloody prudes, so everything is *gasp* wrong!
